On Pizza

I think we should just call cheese pizza pizza. You can have pizza without cheese but I feel like that's a modification and cheese is the default. This is not to lessen cheese pizza, it's the opposite. It is enshrining its place.

Alternately, we should start calling the base version of anything in a sort of redundant way. Like calling cars without any optional features wheel-cars
